Acquisition of Casa Llorens, a modernist building from the early twentieth century that is situated in Barcelona’s central Eixample District, with the purpose of refurbishing and transforming the building into a city landmark.
Faithfully restore this unique historical building, while bringing it into the 21st century through sustainability and technology-focussed solutions. Preserve its original architecture and restore elements that were destroyed during the mid-century in order to transform the building into a trophy asset and a city landmark.
Conduct an exhaustive historical study of the building and its unique architectural features, integrating new technology and sustainable solutions like renewable energy to guarantee its longevity into the future. Preserve local heritage and reinvigorate this iconic property in collaboration with the best craftsmen and experts in modernist restoration.
Reconstructed the roof’s original twin towers and angel sculpture and constructed an additional penthouse floor that honors the building’s 20th-century design. Refurbished the facade and insulated it to reduce energy consumption, integrating innovative construction techniques while preserving the spirit of the site.

Located near the intersection of Barcelona’s main commercial streets, Paseo de Gracia and the newly renovated Avenida Diagonal, the building is perfectly positioned along the city’s major arteries in a historic neighborhood which is one of the main commercial and residential areas of the city.
The total built area is 2,440 square meters, with rights to build a new penthouse of 250 square meters.
