Boost the land’s value as a logistics property by obtaining licensing to build a road to connect it to a major highway and improve its accessibility to large trucks.

The Approach

Build a sustainable, energy-efficient, and flexible logistics property geared towards last mile delivery and cross docking, two services for which there is an enormous demand. The Outcome

Increased the land’s value as a logistics estate by improving the access road to facilitate the entrance of large trucks.
