Acquisition of a spectacular beachfront plot along Spain’s Costa del Sol – next to the renowed Sotogrande urbanization, with the purpose of obtaining urban consolidation to develop an eco-friendly luxury holiday resort with a diversified mix of products, including a hotel and private residential villas.
Process
Consolidate various plots and secure urban zoning permits to develop infrastructure to create a unique tourism and residential concept along the Costa del Sol, building a blueprint for financially feasible, profitable, and climate-positive developments along the coast. Return Costa del Sol to its former glory through a regenerative approach.
Incorporate high-end amenities and multiple green areas with a strong focus on improving local biodiversity. Design an advanced power grid with heat pumps, geothermal energy, and photovoltaic panels, with all rainwater recuperated and processed on-site. Modify roads, improve access to public services, and offer greater accessibility.
Contributed to the regeneration and transformation of the Costa del Sol tourism sector through an attractive and climate-positive development designed to be adaptable to climate challenges the coast will face in the future. Introduced a new standard that will become a blueprint for future communities.
